Lovely ocean views and outdoor furnishings on the first floor porch and also on the deck off of the 2nd floor living area. Entry level has a bedroom with a day bed that converts to a double bed or 2 twin, private bath with tub/shower. Laundry room and garage also at this level. Up one level to a wonderful open living area, living room, dining area, gourmet kitchen with additional seating at the granite counter. Step outside to the deck and enjoy the ocean views and breezes. A suite with king size bed and private tub/shower bath is also located on this level giving guests with limited mobility the enjoyment of a vacation all on one level. Third floor boasts another master suite with a king bed. Its bath has a walk in shower. A fourth bedroom and full bath w tub/shower complete the layout.
