Quiet neighborhood and good location

Location was great for attending concert and neighborhood was calm and quiet. Gate was not functional but neighborhood was safe was not an issue. Gardeners woke us up on our checkout day around 7 AM. I'm sure they cant really schedule that but it was very unfortunate for us. Overall a great stay.
