About this property

This is our primary family residential home. We are looking to rent for at least 30 days for the month of June/July. There may be some flexibility in dates so please inquire with your exact dates.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood of families, bike path nearby, private backyard pool, garden/wooded setting with outside dining table area. Bike-ridable distance to most places in The Woodlands, including waterway and many parks throughout. The Woodlands is a master-planned community, offering many parks and living as if you were in the woods!
Recently remodeled inside, Down bedroom has King bed, upstairs Primary with King bed and attached bathroom and screened balcony, Bedroom1 has custom elevated Full bed for kids, Bedroom2 has twin bed, Bedroom3 has 2 office tables and pullout couch. Kitchen remodel with quartzite countertops and built-in breakfast nook with seating for 4 to 8 with expanding table. Living room with 65" wall-mounted TV, within view of the outside pool area. Dining room with seating for 8, open to Great Room with 60" wall-mounted TV with comfy sectional. Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. 4 newer bikes for adult/young adult sized. First floor laundry room.
Located 30 minutes north from Houston IAH airport.

Awesome Stay!

My family really enjoyed this beautiful home and the owner’s attentiveness. The pool was so much fun for the kids. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend the house wholeheartedly!

Why they chose this property

Our primary residence in The Woodlands offers many year-round activities. Things to do for all ages. Our neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented. As a master-planned community, we are near an elementary school and a park is up the street from our cul-de-sac location.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite thing to do as a family is Saturday morning bike rides to Starbucks at The Waterway. Riding through "the woods" (as most sidewalks are like bike paths through treed and shaded areas) helps tremendously when the sun comes out! We also have lights on our bikes and tires that makes night riding fun too!
