Your own space that keeps you in the heart of Mt. Airy, while giving you privacy and quiet. Just a short distance away from historic Chestnut Hill! The home is just a 10 minute drive into Manyaunk and 20 minutes into center city. We have everything you need for a perfect stay, with plenty of natural light, an outside patio area perfect for a morning tea or coffee, or grilling and a charming office. This space is just for you, and was designed to be a warm and bright retreat to rest, read, eat, work, and hang out!

The space

An entire home stay of your own; enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms, a beautiful full bathroom, two 55 inch tv’s, a patio, and a wonderful living area to entertain, our space will be private & quiet.

In the living room, we have a flatscreen TV with access to any Netflix or Amazon Prime subscriptions you have and can log into. Unlimited WiFi reaches all parts of the house. Fully equipped kitchen includes brand new stainless steel fridge, microwave, coffee maker, oven, and dishwasher.

The patio is our favorite area! Seating for three, it’s your own little oasis. We hope you will be able to enjoy it out there as well!

Beware Filthy and Black mold Upstairs does not match Downstairs

Filthy mattresses- shredded by pet? Stains and bed made with dirty blanket full of hair and no top sheet, filthy bathroom, lift the bath mat full of black mold which both of us were allergic to. Several people stung by wasps in the house. No A/c in 2nd bedroom. Filthy kitchen, food all over the walls. You get charged a sinificant three figure fee for cleaning. So not worth the $$$. Sketch neighborhood. Broken Glass on street. Had 3 neighborhood girls looking in our car window. Whole experience was an eye opener. Would give Zero stars. What we experienced I DO NOT RECOMMEND. TOOK PICTURES COMPLAINED TO Vrbo, they closed the case before we had internet to upload all the pictures we took. Sent them in still waiting for any kind of a refund. This should be pulled from Vrbo listings!

Great house!

We had an excellent experience staying at this house for a long weekend. My family (myself and husband and two teens) felt immediately comfortable in the house- loved the comfy sofas, large TV and very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen to cook in too. I contacted the host 2x with specific questions and he answered right away with helpful information. I would definitely recommend!
