Recently upgraded interiors include new wood flooring and comfortable furnishings. Lounge in the front yard for sunrise and mountain views, or take a dip in the sparkling pool in the backyard, complete with a privacy fence.

Unwind with your group in a well-appointed living room after a fun-filled day in the sun. Furnishings include a sofa and armchair situated around the 37in flat-screen TV.

Kick back and relax on a plush sofa in the second living room. French doors lead to the inviting backyard.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up home-cooked meals in modern and well-appointed kitchen, equipped with stainless-steel appliances, ample cabinet space, and gleaming granite counters. A breakfast bar provides seating for three.

This one-story house sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The peaceful primary suite features a luxurious king bed and a TV. Access to the pool is available through patio doors. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

Both the second and third bedrooms come with a queen bed and 32in TV. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy the fresh air in the well-tended outdoor spaces around the house. Mountain views and seating for two are available in the front. Head to the private backyard for a dip in the sparkling pool, or just relax in the lounge chairs.

Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco by the pool at a table with seating for six.

Weekend 2
Stayed here for weekend 2 Coachella. Close to the venue so that’s a plus! The furniture is a little outdated. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and utensils. My only complaint would be that it felt a little dusty.

We loved this home
This place was much more spacious and clean than the photos. The pool size was also good. The house was also nicely decorated and clean enough to make you feel like you were on vacation. Also, it was convenient to have enough kitchenware and towels, soap and shampoo. The surroundings were quiet. However, some sofas had some fur that looked like dog hair. I believe that the owner of the house will definitely care after checking this message. Because anyone who visits this house can feel the sincerity of the home owner. It is a place I would like to visit again.
