This private home features a very spacious and stocked kitchen equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, a stove, a coffee maker, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The kitchen along with the dining area make for a perfect evening cooking or enjoying a meal with friends and family.

Each bedroom comes with a 75 inch television, a queen sized bed, A/C, fresh linens, and pillows. Bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. There is also a large backyard that is gated.

There is a private driveway for guests to park at.

Please note that this is a strict drug-free home. Smoking is absolutely not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking indoors will incur a charge of $500 cleaning fee. Parties are also not allowed.

There is also a $200.00 pet fee per month, regardless of the amount of days the guest stays. This only covers house trained pets urinating outdoors. Any urinating indoor or damage caused by pets will result in a charge of a minimum deep cleaning of $500.
