The property is located in a privileged position overlooking a beautiful private white sand beach with opportunities for long east walks to the beaches of the Dominicus resorts and west along the pristine beaches of the Parque Nacional. The hotel is 15 minutes from La Romana Airport, 45 minutes from Punta Cana Airport and 1 hour from the capital, Santo Domingo

Private Club: As this is a structure reserved for owners and guests, it is strictly prohibited to enter and host unregistered guests without prior approval from the House
Warranty. At check-in you will receive a list of inventory in the apartment and you will be asked to sign a credit card agreement to insure all damages caused or missed in the apartment.
The agreed prices include light, internet connection and use of all non-paid facilities of the complex, such as swimming pools, access to beach and pier loungers, bath towels. The other paid services of the complex are excluded as SPA, restaurants and bars, excursions and more.
The apartments are cleaned twice a week, and towels and bed linen are changed once a week. In any case, the apartment is equipped with towels and linen reserve. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine with all necessary and in any case the facility has its own laundry service for a fee
