The Cottage sits above the garage and boost 800sf of living space, including a Full Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry, Dining Table, New 65" Smart TV, all of the kitchen items to make you feel at home, Country Speed WIFI, New A/C & Heat for those rare winter nights.

We are a family renting our personal home, with that we like to be transparent and honest. The home was built in 1989 and has since been remodeled, but like any older home it has a few corky features about itself. You may bump into one of these things during your stay so we will try to list them out so it's not a surprise and you don't feel mislead about the home. It's not the Four Seasons and you may come across an issue during your stay, we just ask that you contact us and allow us to correct any issues. We promise it'll be handled quickly and with minimal disturbance if any.
During your stay if you are using the A/C we ask that you please keep all of the windows and doors closed to allow for best performance of the cooling system. Another reason is, those windows have a mind of their own and aren't the easiest to open & close.
You have full private access to the Cottage. Pool/Spa and outdoor areas are shared, but a great place to play games or relax in the sun.
Cottage does require 1 flight of stairs to access. Outdoor spaces are shared with other guest unless you book BOTH the Cottage & Main House.
We are not on site, but are available should you need us! Please note, this home was built in 1989 and might have some minor issues during your stay. We ask that you please give us the opportunity to correct any problems, hopefully nothing will come up, but if they do we will make it a priority to correct it ASAP!
Quite area with only two neighbors. The 3 acres allow for lots of privacy and relaxation. Relax by the pool and enjoy the sunshine all year round.
Plenty of parking on the property and down below at the stables. We even have parking for RV's and Boats. If you don't have a car, Uber & Lyft's are available and some wineries have shuttle services. Walking would be quite the effort though :)

We like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book. Please also read the full House Rules as well located on the listing page in “House Rules” section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.

We request that you respect the reservation you committed to and only have the same number of overnight guest in the house as listed on your reservation. All guests must be included in the reservation no matter time and length of their stay, this is for your safety and is required by all booking sites. Any extra overnight guests not disclosed will cause a $500 fine.
If you have a pet, please contact us to discuss prior to booking. Any pets on property without prior consent guest will be charged a $500 fine per pet.
