Arrive and just feel good! You can in this very tastefully furnished apartment. With great attention to detail, the owners have created a holiday home that has no equal. On a floor space of over 110m ² the discerning guest has two beautiful living or Bedrooms available. Each one has a double bed with quality mattresses and extra seating.
Living and cooking
"Heart" of the apartment is the beautiful fitted kitchen, directly adjacent to a small bar. Ideal for the guest, who prefers to watch cooking, than to lend a hand ...... A little higher is the dining area with a beautiful view of the garden. Speaking of garden: a terrace with its own beach chair is also available for the sunny months of the year. Bring your own bicycles can be stored in the storage shed behind the house. Here is also the parking lot. Centrally located near the beach, through the large property with a reasonable distance to the hustle and bustle on the Seestraße, lies the Villa Anorma in the heart of Bansin. The beautiful sandy beach with its pier is located about 300 meters away. Restaurants, shops and cafes are in the immediate vicinity of the villa.

Saubere, charmante FeWo in sehr guter Lage, einfach ankommen und wohlfühlen

Wir waren zwei Paare und die FeWo hat bestens für uns gepasst. Große Küche, es war alles dabei, sauber und sortiert. Wunderschöner Essbereich, mit viel Platz und bequem für ein geselliges Frühstück. Immer wieder dekorative Details zum Hingucker. Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig und doch zentral mit Restaurants gleich gegenüber. Zum Strand ein kleiner Bummel vorbei an netten Läden. Die Hausleute waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Alles perfekt!

Die Unterkunft, die Nähe zum Meer - es war einfach alles perfekt allerdings war der Urlaub viel zu schnell vorbei (wie immer...) Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung zu hundertprozent weiterempfehlen!

Super Wohnung

Schon als wir angekommen sind, wurden wir von Fam. Pfitzmann sehr herzlich begrüßt. wir sind mit einem Anhänger angekommen, auf dem das Dreirad meiner Ehefrau und mein Fahrrad aufgeladen waren. Auch hierfür wurde eine Möglichkeit gefunden. Die Wohnung ist genau, wie sie beschrieben ist. Die Ausstattung mit Gläser ,Teller Kaffeegeschirr und sonstiges, ich kann das in Kürze gar nicht aufzählen, ist auch super. Es fehlt nichts. Bei anderen Ferienwohnungs-Urlauben nehme ich immer spezielle Messer und Scheren mit. Dies wäre hier nicht nötig gewesen. Nochmal in Kürze: Die Wohnung ist super und Fam. Pfitzmann auch. Wir möchten uns über diesen Weg nochmal recht herzlich bedanken.

Kurzurlaub in Bansin

Mit der geräumigen, super ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung waren wir rundherum zufrieden! Wir(zwei Ehepaare)verbrachten sehr schöne Tage auf Usedom, zumal das Wetter warm und sonnig war! Die Wohnung in der schönen alten Villa ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, superbequeme Betten, sehr gute Bäder(2), die Küche ist umfassend mit Inventar versehen.... Die Außenterrasse ist direkt von der Wohnung über eine Treppe erreichbar und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet... wir kommen gerne wieder!!
