About this property

The property is located on the 2nd floor and offers a quiet and stylishly furnished place for comfortable relaxation for business people and private travelers. There is a free parking space in front of the house, and WiFi is also available. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is cozy and newly furnished with everything you need for a stay in Kassel, the bedroom has been newly furnished, including an elevated double bed. You can also relax in a quiet location on the balcony. A washing machine (coin apparatus) and the possibility to hang up laundry is in the basement.

I am contact-friendly and look forward to new guests every time. I have designed the apartment according to the motto "temporary home", just to relax and wish my guests a pleasant time.

A quiet location and lots of green trees hug the house. The Dorothea Viehmann Park - (fairy tale woman of the Brothers Grimm) is located directly behind the house. The park asks benches to relax, along the paths you can even harvest fruit from the fruit trees while walking. The apartment can be reached via the motorway exit KS-Niederzwehren in a few minutes via the A7 or A44. As a city of arts and conventions, Kassel already has a number of sights to offer, as can be seen in the photo gallery of the apartment.

Schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen

Wir waren 5 Nächte in der Wohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine sehr ruhige Lage und man hat das Auto auf dem Parkplatz gut im Blick. Die Dusche ist etwas klein, man kommt aber zurecht. Die Vermieterin antwortet schnell und präzise. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
