About this property

Paradise found in the middle of town. Large 2/1 Centrally located on a small hidden street. Your own private entrance. Plenty of parking. This place is centrally located to both downtown Sarasota/Bradenton and still only 10 mins to the beach. It gets better somewhere I just haven’t found it yet. We have all the stuff you need for the 🏖 come enjoy.

Track meet

We had a track meet in Bradenton and this unit was a refreshing stop to relax and unwind afterwards. Host had put out some chocolate and left water and soda chilled in fridge. The leather chair was so comfy. We waved at the incoming planes from the back dock and left the next morning to go explore Anna Maria beaches, which was only about a 10 minute drive. Only suggestion would be to replace window blinds in door entry and window facing adjourning house, not noticeable unless blinds were closed.

Enjoyed our stay!

Easy access for everything we wanted to do. Property owners were very thoughtful. Instructions for during and after the stay, along with information on local opportunities were on point. We would stay there again.

Very nice condo

We stayed almost a week at this little gem. Spacious and comfortable! Owner was very nice and available when needed. We would stay there again! Veteran friendly.

Why they chose this property

Centrally located between downtown Sarasota and downtown Bradenton and still only minutes from the beach. This place is right in the middle of all the action. When it’s time to wind down we are on a quiet dead-end street that allows you to relax and enjoy the sunshine. You have your own entrance and your own parking.
