Our home’s location could not be any better! The community is perfectly located just minutes from Walt Disney World, Orlando, and other world famous Central Florida attractions. Universal Studios, Seaworld, Legoland, Aquatica and other water parks are all within easy reach of Astoria.

Easy and fast access to major highways Interstate 4 and Hwy 27.

Local shops, restaurants and world class golf are all nearby.

Astoria is a new community only moments from the magic but just far enough to experience a little peace and tranquility from the busy tourist district.

The glorious world famous and award winning Florida beaches of both the West and East coasts are also easily accessible and are about an hour away.

Astoria is a planned community of purpose built homes designed for use as family vacation homes consisting of 4 -15 bedroom homes to accommodate small and large groups. Though there is construction found around, this is by far a great home away from home!
Other things to note
No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine.

Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
