Built in the Wilhelminian style around the turn of the century, the villa will shine again in 2018. With this domicile you have probably found one of the most beautiful ways to spend your holidays in the imperial baths.
Small but nice: in this cozy penthouse apartment a maximum of two people enjoy a relaxing stay in the beautiful Villa Marie. On a total floor space of almost 40 square meters, the discerning guest will find a very high-quality and new equipment.
The use of Wi-Fi is free. In the basement you have a laundromat and a dryer available.
Bicycles can be parked at the house or in the storage room. A free parking space at the house is available. In addition, you will receive 50% discount on the entrance fee of the Ostseetherme.
Living and cooking
Living and dining areas are combined. In addition to the kitchenette equipped with brand appliances, there is a nice dining area by the window and a high quality sofa. Parkplätze

Die Wohnung und das Haus bzw. das Grundstück waren in einem super Zustand, also keinerlei Beanstandungen. Einzig die Parkplatzsituation der Wohnungen 5-8 ist schlecht gelöst, durch das vorhandene Carport. Wenn alle Wohnungen belegt sind kann man die Parkplätze nicht nutzen, da zu eng. Durch diese Situation ist leider ein anderer Gast des Hauses an unserem Auto angeeckt. Aus Verzweiflung haben wir dann vor dem Haus alternativ parken müssen.

Ausstattung Wohnung

Positiv: sehr zentral, hochwertige Kochutensilien, sehr sauber, wenn man vor dem Haus parken darf hat man sehr viel Platz, große Dusche, ruhige Lage, sehr gute Fenster (wenn die Fenster auf sind hört man die Möven sehr laut), Auswahl an Kopfkissen und Bettdecken, von den anderen Wohnung bekommt man nichts mit im Haus Negativ: sehr kleiner Parkplatz nur für kleine Autos wenn man im Hof parken muss, man muss Salz und Pfeffer mitnehmen, Bett für mich zu hart, Licht der Heizung sehr hell, Brettchen fehlen mir in der Küche, keine Gardinen nur dunkle Vorhänge dadurch ist alles dunkel im Zimmer gegenüber sieht einen jeder, kein Holzbesteck im Zimmer was geschrieben wurde, Wohnungskarten gehen nicht immer, man kommt auch sehr schlecht ins Zimmer, es sollte einem beim Abholen der Karten besser erklärt werden

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber angetroffen und man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Zentrale Lage zum Strand ist super und die Wohnung ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder !
