Perfect home for a small family and small gathering. Home is cozy with a king bed, 1 queen bed and full bunk bed with twin on top. Guest bathroom with a master and full walk in closets.

Home is in a beautiful gated new development. Access through the the gate by code 1665 # to enter, however usually open during the daytime hours. Home itself is a keyless entry, code will be given prior to your stay.

We do not have garage access, driveway or street. We ask only up to 2 vehicles. Pool and spa can be heated, pool at an extra fee. Many restaurants and grocery stores all within few distance. This location is very close to Westgate and Litchfield Park

Absolutely no parties or additional guest to be in the home without the permission of the host. If any additional guest is brought into the home without permission of the host, you are subject to additional guest fees.
No smoking on or near the premises

With being in a community we ask that all noise stops at 10pm from outside. Please take it inside if possible. We do have a noise ordinance. Please be respectful to the early am as well. This rule applies for the home.

Pool equipment is not to be touched if found that it has been you are subject to cost of pool being fixed. There is a camera facing the pool equipment.
There is a $75 daily fee for heat to be turned on. Subject to being charged as this is monitored on a app.

Jacuzzi is at no cost with CERTAIN conditions. If ran all day with temperature over 80 degrees, there is a $40 fee unless you have already paid for pool heat which then is at zero cost with certain exceptions. There is a 4-hr. time limit daily for a no cost fee for the jacuzzi. We do this due to the expense a heater can have on an electric bill. If you're paying for the pool, there is not an additional cost for the jacuzzi as the pool heater heats the jacuzzi as well. We worry about children being in the jacuzzi for long period of times at a high temperature.

All equipment will be turned off at 10pm. You must notify the host for the heating to be turned on or off prior to an hour of getting in so we can accommodate the heat.

If staying in the home during Thurs evenings, we ask that you take the trash cans out to the curb and brought back in by 5pm Friday after picking up.
