Great Potential but needs attention
Bed and other furniture were comfortable. Pillows & bedding were good. HOWEVER, we were greeted by a live water bug in the entryway as well as one on a bed. The second night we killed 4 within 10 minutes (2 on wall, 1 on chair, & 1 that made it to a friend's arm from a chair). We realize these come from outside but there should be a way to prevent them from getting inside. The house, especially the basement, smelled musty when we first entered. Bottom of shower door bottom on 1st floor was covered with mildew/mold. Multiple lights were burned out/non-functional including the flood lights outside; also a "broken" path light outside the front door. Cobwebs were observed thru-out the house. Hot tub was unusable (dead frog & unclean). Cushions for outside furniture were so dirty we did not sit outside. No hand towels nor paper towels in bathrooms. Despite these flaws, we were able to enjoy the spaciousness of the house and our fellowship.

Family vacation
Our family (age ranges from 2-75) stayed here and overall had a great visit at Lake Wylie but we were disappointed by a few things with the house. First, the house was not very clean when we arrived. There was lots of dirt on the floors (that we had to clean up in several areas), beer cans left in cabinets under the sink & underwear were found in the pull out bed downstairs. Another big concern was the beach area had a lot of trash on it & there is no access to the lake from the beach. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our kids play on the beach area. The deck railings also seemed unsafe & we felt they could collapse if too many people were leaning on them. I reached out to request a refund on the cleaning fee but did not hear back. We did rent a boat & had a great experience with the rental company and would definitely recommend it!

Fun house for the family!
The property was very clean, was organized like a hotel room with towels at the foot of the bed, and all attention paid to the guest experience. We really enjoyed the entertainment in the basement which added to the overall experience. This for sure is five stars for a great price.

Famly Vacation
House was fine. Dock was usable but in need of repair ( nails sticking up, part of dock missing). Beach was unusable. Upholstery tacks on bed in upstairs master were falling out onto bed creating a safety issue.
