Beautiful clean fully furnished, detached studio apartment in a safe quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from beach trail, ten minute walk to park and other beaches. Studio has a private entrance, is sunny with lots of natural light, full kitchen, a king size daybed and couch, 50 inch TV, WiFi included.
Kitchen with gas range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
Bathroom with a shower. Washer and dryer on site. Side yard with private patio table.
Its a quick walk to the beach with miles of open sand beach to walk, surf, fish. A short ride or drive Nisene Marks state park to redwood forest full of hiking and biking trails, and short drive to lots of restaurants and entertainment. Parking for one car in driveway. Come enjoy the beach and redwoods!

Lovely retreat

The studio is charming and cozy. The kitchen was so easy to work in…lots of nice cookware and utensils. Nice layout too. I highly recommend this place!

Great Little Getaway

Honeymoon getaway

Beautiful and comfortable space, close enough to fun activities but tucked away enough to feel like you're getting away from the world. Kona is an excellent host!!

Very nice location and very nice little converted garage "cottage." We will stay again. Has a nice functional kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is a quaint garden outside and a short walk through a very nice neigborhood to Aptos beach. The others who live on the property made a little noise Friday night coming and going, but nothing harsh. We'll stay again for sure. Thanks.
