The three-room apartment is located on the second floor of the house and has two bedrooms, a living area and a separate kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy the wonderful view from the sheltered balcony and watch the goings-on in Hermannstrasse ... maybe with an ice cream? You get this on the ground floor of the house and just have to walk down the stairs ..... For your stay there are two bicycles available with which you can go to Kühlungsborn-Ost or other tours in the area at any time.
Living and cooking
The Mediterranean-style living room has a comfortable seating area and a modern flat-screen TV. From here you can access the beautiful balcony. The kitchen is separate and equipped with all the utensils that are necessary for a trouble-free supply on vacation. A small seating area guarantees short distances ..... The house Metropol is located in the heart of Kühlungsborn-West, only about 200 meters from the beach. Restaurants, shops and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful city forest borders about 100 meters away and invites you to take long walks along the coast.

Tolle Lage Wohnung könnte besser win

Die Wohnung braucht dringend mal eine Renovierung. Auf den ersten Blick sah alles ganz gut aus, nur leider war die Wohnung doch schon etwas verlebt. Fliesen locker, Bett schon oft und schlecht repariert Dusche fällt fast auseinander ja naja und dann benehmen sich die Vormieter auch nicht so super. Zerbrochene Gläser im Geschirrspüler sind für niemanden schön. Die Lage der Wohnungen ist super. Sonne auf dem Balkon erst zum Nachmittag war auch super. Alles in allem schon ok.

Die Lage de Wohnung ist perfekt. Geschirr für 4 Personen knapp, wie z. B. 3 Eierbecher, 3 Teelöffel, 2 Sektgläser… Leider keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer, was für Kinder angebracht wäre. Leider gibt es in der Wohnung kein WLAN. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist phantastisch. Man befindet sich mitten im Zentrum-West und hat sehr kurze Wege. Allerdings sind Wohnung und Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Geschirr sollte dringend aufgefüllt werden (sit schon besser, wenn jeder ne Schüssel zum Essen hat), technische Geräte wie Toaster und Kühlschrank müssen ausgetauscht werden, weil sie entweder defekt oder sehr alt sind. Und wer auf WLAN angewiesen ist, sollte die Finger von dieser Wohnung lassen. Eine einzige Wohnung im Haus hat kein WLAN - das war überraschend, besonders für die Teenager ...

Es war alles in Ordnung. Leider hat die Wohnung kein W-Lan. Darauf hatten wir bei der Buchung nicht geachtet.

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung in Kühlungsborn West im Haus Metropole, Wohnung 6 im 2. Stock gebucht. Mit Balkon und 2 Schlafzimmern. Tolle Ausstattung, super Lage. Wir waren begeistert.
