The natural light, high 10 foot ceilings, new remodel, and personal garage will make you feel right at home. Within steps you'll be on 17th Ave, often referred to as Denver's Restaurant Row.

Step inside our modern space and you'll immediately be taken back on how open and bright our apartment is. Stylishly decorated, our 2/1 apartment comfortably sleeps 4 with enough space to spread out and enjoy. High ceilings and natural light make this basement apartment feel like a ground level oasis. Fast internet and Sling TV make our home ideal for those who travel for work. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you'll need to cook at home. Your own washer and dryer makes it convenient for long or short term stays.
Outside:
Covered & secure parking for 1 car makes staying at our home a breeze. Access to your unit is directly from the garage, making it so easy for those cold days. (Note: Street parking is available for those traveling with 2 vehicles). We do provide a small bistro table with 2 chairs for morning coffee.

Self Check-in Instructions will be sent 48 hours before your stay. Access to unit is private and accessed through the backside of the property (garage).

Located in North Capitol Hill. Walking distance to 17th street shops and restaurants.
Getting Around:
You can take the train from the airport to Union Station and catch an Uber to our home. We are in walking distance to many great places. You don't need a car but we do recommend one to experience all of Denver.
Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $100. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets and multiple month stays.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 11:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
