This 4 bedroom 2 story pool homes allows guests to experience all the space and conveniences of home reimagined with Balmoral sophistication! Our single-family homes feature screened in private swimming pools, patios, open floor plans, contemporary high-end furnishings, free Wi-Fi, full size washer and dryer and the convenience of an attached 2-car garage as well as extra parking space in the driveway.
The space
The Balmoral resort clubhouse is a privately-run and is not part of the HOA. It is independently owned and operated. The clubhouse can promote private events where the clubhouse could be closed for a period of a few hours at short notice.

Guests can gain access to the Clubhouse's amenities by purchasing a Day Pass($25 per guest) from the Guest Services Staff.

There is NO POOL HEATING SERVICE in the property.

Please provide your government issue ID in picture through messages after your reservation is confirmed. We need to register to HOA for your gate and door code.

Ideal place and location

This property is located close to everything we needed. There were a few issues as noted in other comments, but the owner had the handyman out to repair the problems. At first when you turn on the hot water in three of the showers, you think it does not work..it does, the showers were plumbed backwards. Just turn on slightly for hot water. The house is located close to club house with bar and restaurant. Live music at night. It needs a little TLC with remaining repairs, paint, etc. but it is a rental that you are only in for a little. I would definitely stay there again but they need to put a coffee pot in.

I already talk to Expedia , on the 25th of march , they told me they were going to call me back , after they review the pictures and info I e mail to them , and I have got no response until now
