Very quiet , clean , and luxurious

This place was very beautiful and had lots of space ! I love to sit outside so if you also enjoy being outdoors at night make sure to protect your skin from mosquitoes because in Florida especially the closer to the water the more mosquitoes lol other than that this was such a amazing stay and I would book over and over again !

Lovely house

The house was very nice, ran into an issue with the cable on the up stairs TV had to call the host and they ended up having a maintenance man come out and get the cable working, wld of been nice if they had a TV down stairs, all TV was up stairs and they really need to fix that cable wire behind the TV in the living room upstairs it's sticking out from the wall both of the outlet plugs and it looks very tacky behind the TV, but lucky for me I was all lone so no guess could see that and if I could have use the garage to park my 2022 430i BMW in that wld of been nice. I did enjoy the house and it was very clean.

Great house with perfect fenced yard for dog/kids

House was as described and very nice. Lots of room to do your own thing. Screened porch was huge and nice for evenings. Our dog loved the freedom to go out in the back yard. The neighborhood is in transition and there is a nice house next door to an absolute dump. We did feel safe and had no issues. On the downside, the kitchen was NOT well stocked. A few pots and pans, no mixing bowls, storage bowls, incredibly dull knives, no measuring cups, serving pieces, and most incredibly, no spatula! I did mention this to the mgr and they said to look around more and maybe I'll find one. You can't make eggs or a million other things without one, so I had to go buy one. They also didn't supply two "starter" laundry pods and didn't do anything about it when I mentioned it to the mgr. There were about 5 plates but silverware for about 30 ppl. Very random kitchen. I like to cook in when on a two week stay, so I won't rent again solely because of the kitchen lacking basics. The wifi is awful... we teathered off our phones. The TV is streaming only w/no channels, and with bad wifi, it wa unusable to us. The garage is NOT accessible to renters so be aware if you see the photos and think you'll be parking inside. Also the stepper machine shown in photos is not for guest use. This should be pointed out since it's represented in photos, leaving an assumption like the garage. TIP: Salt Shack on the Bay is fabulous and a must do for drinks, dinner, views.
