Summary:
Modern comfort and an amazing location is some of the many highlights of our Denver townhouse built in 2021. The house has been thoughtfully furnished to ensure comfort and access to everything you'll need for your stay. We are just a few blocks from both Sloan's Lake and the light rail station. Access downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, LoHi, and the RiNo art district, all via light rail or a quick drive. One complimentary clean will be provided each month you stay!

The Space:
Inside:
Hard wood floors, an open concept living room & kitchen and a built in gas fireplace will make you feel like your staying in a high-end hotel with the comforts of home. The kitchen features quartz countertops, an under mount sink, stainless steel appliances, and two-tone European soft-close cabinetry. With all the natural light you'll enjoy your morning cup of coffee in style. Head up to the second floor where you will find the guest bathroom and then the master bedroom. Our master bedroom is equipped with a King sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, and a patio deck off the master suite. Our 2nd bedroom is located on the 3rd floor with a Queen bed and full bathroom. Another patio deck is located off of the bedroom and is great for enjoying coffee in the morning or wine at night. Our well laid out space is great for staying with family or roommates while still have some separation and privacy.

Outside:
Enjoy our fully fenced, private courtyard. Great for getting some fresh air or grilling when the weather is nice. Access to our single car garage can be accessed through this space as well.

Guest Access:
Self Check-in Instructions will be sent 48-hours before your stay. Our home is separated into 2 apartments. The basement unit is rented out. You may see other renters in the entryway stair well. This unit is completely private from the basement unit besides the common entry-way stairwell. Both units are on the same electric panel. If the basement units loses power for any reason, we may need to send our maintenance team to check the panel located in the garage.

Enjoy Denver or easily escape to Golden and the mountains with great access to activities in the area, whether driving, riding the RTD train, walking or renting an electric scooter.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.

Dogs are allowed. We charge a $250 non-refundable pet accommodation fare per month during your stay (2nd dog is an additional $125 per month). Please inquire about multiple pets, a multiple month stay, or if you are traveling with cats.

We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies.

Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.

We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
