Come stay in this stylish 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo that has been tastefully designed with attention to every detail. Enjoy your time on the fully furnished wrap terrace with bay views. You can comfortably sleep 8 people here.

This condo has a stunning roof top pool and hot tub, brand new gym and onsite parking. There is a doorman on site M-F from 9am - 5pm.

There is a very comfortable queen air mattress located in the master closet for the 8th person to sleep on with additional bedding

Living room - 54 inch round dining table that seats up to 8 people.

There is a large wrap around terrace with a dining set for 6 (can fit 8), patio furniture that can seat 8 and a gliding egg shaped chair. We also have a coffee table and chairs for two right off the master suite. The entire interior is just over 1,300sqft while the entire private outdoor area is just over 350 sqft.

Kitchen - fully stocked with dinnerware for 8 guests, coffee mugs, toaster, blender, keurig machine with keurigs, salad bowls, silverware, baking set, and everything you need to cook a feast

Each room has a smart TV and there is cable in the master bedroom and living room. There is also high speed internet that will allow everyone to connect with no issues

Pets are an additional fee of $200 each per stay.

No smoking inside or outside or there will be a $1,500 fine.

The building has a luxurious roof top pool and hot tub as well as a gym and doorman Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.

Great Location; Responsive Host

Our stay at Bay Harbor Island was awesome! The location was even better than expected! We were able to walk to the beach, a ton of different restaurants, grocery, CVS, The Bal Harbor Shops... Once we arrived, we had no need for a car and just walked all over! The beds and bedding are very comfy, the apartment is very spacious, cared for and well stocked. We really appreciate finding this place!!!

Great Location, Nice Views

We had a wonderful time in Miami this weekend for Art Basel. The home was great, just enough space for myself and two friends. Great location and the host was always responsive when we needed him. I would recommend this home to anyone who enjoys a quiet space with great views from the balcony.

Family get-away

Quiet neighborhood, easy street parking, good walkability. Building and unit exceptionally clean and well maintained. The unit is just as pictured. Would def return next time I'm in the surfside area!

Hi There - my name is Eli. I live in Bay Harbor down the street and I am here to make sure you're stay is amazing!

Looking forward hosting you. Below is some important information that will help answer some commonly asked questions:
- There is one private parking space in the garage for an extra charge which must be requested 24 hours in advance. There is also a public parking lot on the street for a minimal cost.
- The building has a gym on the 3rd floor. You need the key fob to enter
- If you lose a key fob you'll be charged $100 for each one lost
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 11am. If a guest doesn't leave by 11am sharp, they will be charged $150.
- There is a doorman M-F 9am - 5pm
- There are 2 key fobs that will give you access to the front front door of the building, gym and rooftop pool
- There is a very luxurious rooftop pool and hot tub. Guests must follow the rules or any fines issued to host will be sent to guests to pay
- Pets are allowed with a $200 pet fee for each pet due to the extra time and effort it takes to clean
-There is a smart TV in every room with high speed internet as well. The Master bedroom and living room have cable TV too
-The kitchen is fully stocked with all dinnerware and cooking utensils
- The condo is located on the Bay in Bay Harbor Islands where there are lots of incredible restaurants and bars with only being less than a mile walk to the beach
-All towels must be left in the unit upon check out. For every towel missing the guest will be charged $15
-Washer and Dryer in unit
-The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a regular home would have
-There is a pack n' play and baby high chair in the unit
-Ironing board, iron and blow dryers provided
