Our well-kept semi-detached house stands on a spacious plot in a quiet new development. The ideal holiday home for families, cyclists and those looking for relaxation.
The house has a terrace and a small lawn. Garden furniture is available. Car parking lot at the house.
The central location is an ideal starting point for interesting excursion destinations, e.g. B. the largest raised bog area "Ewiges Meer" with wooden plank circular walk, walk-in wind turbine, rose garden, Nenndorfer mill, and much more.
It is only 12 kilometers to the coast and the Tannenhausen swimming lake with water skiing. There is a bike rental in town.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a spacious dining area and TV and stereo system, a separate kitchen with a bright fitted kitchen, a utility room with a side entrance door and washing machine, a guest toilet and a hallway with a cloakroom.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms (1 room with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds and a room with bunk beds), a spacious bathroom with shower, tub and toilet.

Westerholt is around 2,500 inhabitants the largest municipality in Holtriem. As administrative headquarters with town hall, school center, healthcare, services, shopping facilities.
In addition, Westerholt is not only in the middle of Holtriem, but also very centrally in East Frisia. The small community of Aurich is around ten kilometers away, and the North Sea is just under twelve kilometers away. From a tourist point of view, the dense cycle path network with coastal connections and the Holtriemer hiking trail, which connects all municipalities with each other, are attractive.
