This Ocean Park Condo has a private garage that is also equipped with beach chairs and bicycles for your enjoyment!

An ideal location on Amelia Island - just 400 steps to beach access and only two miles from charming downtown Fernandina Beach, where guests can enjoy the many great shopping and dining options.

This condo is also conveniently located next to Main Beach, offering activities such as miniature golf, a playground, a skate park, volleyball courts, and a concession stand/burger joint. Located at Main Beach, the Sandbar restaurant is within walking distance of this condo and is an excellent spot for dining on the beach.

Enjoy a luxurious open floor plan in this 2-bedroom 2 bath condo on the first floor. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including Fridge, stove, microwave, and wine fridge. The living room has a nice comfy couch, where you can also enjoy watching your high-definition TV.

The Master bedroom features King size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bath. The 2nd bedroom features 2 twin-sized beds, and a full bath is right next door. There is also a sleeper sofa allowing you to accommodate up to 6.

The condo also offers free High-speed WIFI, so this condo is perfect for those who still have to work while on vacation!
122 Ocean Park has your own private balcony with a beautiful but limited ocean view. Have a seat on one of the balcony chairs and set your drink down. Now your vacation begins!

Ocean Park is a smoke-free complex, NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN CONDOS, BALCONIES, AND COMPLEX GROUNDS. Pets are not allowed.

Great space for our kids

We needed extra space for our growing family, and this was just the right place for us. Ocean Park is such a good community, we rented TWO condos! Beautiful, clean, and close to everything we wanted. You'll love this place!

Great unit and location!

We rented this unit with our 2 college aged adult “kids” a high schooler and middle schooler. We felt we had plenty of room, the unit was nice and had great views as well. Easy walk across the street to the beach, loved using the bikes to bike through the state park to the fort, easy walk to restaurants across the street and a nice park with basketball courts and skate park all right there! Great time and lovely condo!
