Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous granite counter space and all you need for home-cooked meals. Fix a drink at your private Tiki bar while dinner simmers. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your primary suite.

Things to Know
Construction in this complex is currently underway. Outdoor balconies are being repaired/restored and the building's exterior is being repainted. The project is estimated to last into 2025, though it could last longer. During this time, construction noises may be audible during working hours on weekdays. The project will be completed in phases, and this unit may have its balcony locked off and unusable while work is being done on it. There may also be times the pool is closed due to safety reasons.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful View!

We absolutely adored this condo! The panoramic view was breathtaking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The spacious living room was ideal for our group of six adults to relax and socialize comfortably. However, I must mention that communication with the rental company was disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, we received no response, which was frustrating. Additionally, for those planning quick trips, be prepared for the responsibility of washing beach towels. Furthermore, accessing the public washer and dryer required quarters, which proved to be a bit of a hassle. Despite these minor inconveniences, our only regret was that our stay wasn't longer. We would jump at the chance to stay here again in the future! The view from the balcony was simply perfect, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience.

Loved everything.was so comfortable and cozy and had everything you need right there. Right on the beach!! Just needed better drainage with the showers.

Spring break 2023

The condo it self is better in person than w a picture. the size was perfect for my husband and 2, 18 year old daughters. the Oceanview was breath taking - just amazing. we also over looked the pool which was fun. very family friendly. everyone was decent. the easy access to the beach was awesome. we rented a cabana for the week. a must. the location was great right in between everything. easy 10-15min drive to shopping - 5 minutes to many restaurants. they offer shuffleboard and a grilling station if needed off of the pool. the over all place is a tad older but they are doing renovations. We had a lovely time - better than expected. lots of dishware and glass ware, beach chairs and towels if needed. a few spices. short on dish towels, we purchased a few to leave. plenty of bath towels. - Enjoy!

Water woes and no information

Condo was clean, comfortable and a great beach location. Twice, there was a water main break in our building and we had no water. Communication with VACASA was very difficult. I spoke with 3 different representatives who all promised to call me back with info, and none of them did. The on-site rental company could not help me, because I had not rented from them. I asked for a credit and have not had a response. I will not rent from a VACASA managed property again.
