About this property

Hello, my name is Moritz Hauschild. I am pleased to be your host.

My house is a slightly different Bavarian house. It is simple and clearly arranged. A protruding roof protects against rain. The storey-high windows let a lot of light into the interior and give a view of old oak trees and the mountains.
The loft is spacious with 55m2. There is a small and well equipped kitchen with Bose stereo system. A Smart TV with leather sofa are ideal for relaxing. The bathroom is functional. The suggestion of my sons to install a rain shower is praised.
Pretty unusual is the own approx. 25m2 large roof terrace. There you sit under the branches of the oak trees, is not visible and has a beautiful view of the gardens of the area and the mountains.
I am glad if you like my Bavarian house.

The location of the loft is ideal for trips to the lake and the mountains. In less than an hour you can reach Munich and Salzburg.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine schöne Dachterrasse. Deren Zugang ist über eine steile Treppe erreichbar, also nichts für Leute mit Handicap oder kleine Kinder. Die Aufteilung ist ebenfalls gelungen und alles hat funktioniert. Als Manko würde ich nur die Sauberkeit anführen, speziell im Bad und auf dem Küchenschrank. ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Auch die Entfernung zum Chiemsee und in den Ort lässt sich problemlos zu Fuß überwinden.

Luftig, modern, reduziert ausgestattet

Die Wohnung ist modern aber reduziert ausgestattet. Sie ist für 2 Personen ideal. Die Möglichkeit Kleidung, etc. unterzubringen soll in Kürze verbessert werden. Das Zweisitzersofa und das 140 cm breite Bett sind sehr bequem. Ein weiterer Sessel im Wohnbereich wäre wünschenswert, vor allem, wenn das Loft von 4 Personen bewohnt wird. In der Küchenzeile lassen sich Frühstück und einfache Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Die Dachterasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Schöner Urlaub in toller Lage

Diese Wohnung befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Rad- und Wanderwege sind viele vorhanden und auch schnell zu erreichen. In 25min ist man zu Fuss am Chiemsee. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und offen gehalten, bietet auch einiges an Ablagemöglichkeiten für Gepäck, hier aber auch in der Regel offen. Uns hat ein wenig ein Schrank gefehlt, so wie wir es aus anderen Ferienwohnungen kennen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns toll mit Informationen unterstützt. Alles in allem haben wir hier mit unserem Hund einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Fam. Ruhkemper

Schickes Loft für Puristen

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in Bernau und haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt. Die Wohnung: Geschmackvoll gestaltete Loft-Wohnung im 1.OG in einem Neubau. Die Einrichtung ist, wohl dem Gesamtdesign geschuldet, etwas reduziert. Es gibt z.B. keinen Schrank und nur eine kleine Küchenzeile mit dem Nötigsten (reicht für kleine Gerichte und Frühstück). Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet durch zweiseitig komplett verglaste Fassaden mit innen liegenden Lamellen zur Verschattung. Toll fanden wir die Dachterrasse, welche über eine steile Raumspartreppe und eine aufklappbare Dachluke zu begehen ist. Die Wohnung ist für Leute gut geeignet, die bereit sind, für ein chiques Design Kompromisse bei der praktischen Ausstattung und beim Komfort zu machen. Einziger negativer Kritikpunkt unsererseits ist die unzureichende Müllentsorgung: Die bereits übervolle Mülltonne wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geleert und wir haben unsere Mülltüten, auf Geheiß des Vermieters, einfach daneben gestellt. Da die Mülltonne direkt vor dem Eingang steht, ist der äußerer Eindruck verheerend. Da muss der Vermieter noch nachbessern. Apropos Vermieter: Dieser wohnt selbst im Haus und ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch kritikfähig. Er hat uns u.a. auch wertvolle Tipps gegeben zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie und Freizeitaktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung. Die Höhe der Miete ist im Vergleich sicherlich ambitioniert. Mit dem Loftdesign dürfte die Wohnung allerdings auch ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal in Bernau haben. Der See und der Ortskern sind fussläufig in ca. 20 min. zu erreichen. Dort erhält man alle notwendigen Lebensmittel und es gibt ein paar ganz gute Restaurants. Die Autobahn A8 teilt den See vom Ort ab, was nicht so schön ist. Fussläufig sind die Wanderwege in den nahen Chiemgauer Alpen zu erreichen. Diese Kombination von Bergen und See gibt es am Chiemsee wohl nur in Bernau.
