Bungalow Garden, on the ground floor, is comfortably furnished approx. 45 sqm, for 4 persons with two bedrooms, dining room with air conditioning, equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle), satellite TV, bathroom with shower/WC and 2 very intimate terraces in the garden. There is one parking space for cars and bicycles per accommodation unit

A small "Tante Ema" shop with fresh bread rolls and other items is nearby, as is the Marina restaurant.
Additional services: If you would like to have bath towels/laundry washed in between, this is possible at an extra charge. Tennis courts in the immediate vicinity for a fee.
In case of complaints, defects, malfunctions in the accommodation, please contact us in writing during your stay, so that we can act immediately, as these will no longer be recognised as worthy later.

Location description : POREC and surroundings The charming town of Porec is the capital of the Porestina, probably the most scenic area of the western coast, about halfway between Trieste and Pula. The rugged coastline lies in front of the hilly hinterland with vineyards, olive groves and pine forests stretching down to the sea. The old town centre, whose narrow alleyways and streets still correspond to the original Roman plans, is picturesquely situated on a small peninsula. To the north and south, new, mostly self-contained residential areas or pure holiday centres have been built. The once romantic fishing and wine-growing town is now a much sought-after holiday resort with almost all the leisure and entertainment facilities you could wish for. All the usual water sports, tennis and horse riding facilities are on offer. Several beaches (also nudist), good beach facilities, especially in the southern hotel areas. Numerous restaurants, fish specialities, street cafés, dance halls and discos, original wine cellars and even beer tents. Worth seeing is the Limski Kanal ('Limfjord'), 12 km to the south, which, like its Danish namesake, is famous for its oysters and mussels (speciality restaurants right on the shore) as well as for its caves of cultural and historical significance. South of Porec is the beautiful bay of Plava Laguna with rocky and pebble beaches, hotels and restaurants. Regular boats connect the bay with the old town centre.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and therefore also ideal for children.
There is a cosy barbecue area for sociable moments and a playground with swings and slide in the courtyard of the house for the little ones.

We, Felice and Aleta, live in the house and speak German and Italian. With a discreet contact to our guests, we try to meet the most diverse customer wishes, such as bicycle rental with a cycling map of the area with tour descriptions (numerous marked cycle paths) with tips for special excursions and festivals that take place throughout Istria in summer.
