About this property

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is centrally located in the Harvey Park neighborhood of Denver right on the edge of Englewood and Lakewood. You'll have easy access to the mountains, downtown, Red Rocks, and many parks within a couple miles of the neighborhood in any direction. There is also a golf course very close by!

This home is perfect for a vacation, a working trip, or long-term stay.

This unit is an upper level 3 bed/1 bath home that is part of a duplex. The owners live in the lower level. The only shared space is the backyard. We have installed your own washer and dryer in unit, your own full kitchen, and separate entrances.

You will walk into a large living room with an open concept kitchen. The living room features a beautiful bay window and artwork that reflects the city of Denver.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub and also the location of the washer and dryer.

Dining Area: We have added a wonderful table that sits nicely in the corner as a bookshelf when unused and expands to seat 6 people comfortably.

The space is also equipped with 1gb internet speeds in case you need to work from home!!

Guests have access to the entire top unit and the backyard. The guests are asked to park on the street which is free and plentiful.

The guests are asked to not access the garage.

We are available 24/7 but will be hands off during your stay.

The neighborhood is a quiet and family oriented. There are parks within walking distance as well as many restaurants.

Uber and Lyft are always simple.
There are many RTD bus stops within walking distance from the house.

There is a wood burning smoker in the backyard that you are welcome to use. It requires Traeger pellets.

Stuck like cat urine

The property was fine. Owners lived downstairs. The upstairs where we stayed smelled very pungently of cat urine. We wiped things down and sprayed everything with antibacterial spray and washed linens as they also smelled and then at t0pm they sent a cleaner. It didn’t help as I think the odor was coming from the vents.

Nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and inviting, the amenities were plentiful, and the neighborhood seemed friendly.

Family weekend

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property was as advertised. There were a couple of maintenance items that could’ve improved the accommodations, such as making sure there are screens on all windows so the windows could be opened in cooler weather and the grass in the front yard was pretty overgrown. Since there was only one bathroom with one mirror, it would’ve been helpful to have a couple of additional mirrors in the bedrooms.
