About this property

Only about 200 meters from the Marina Wendtorf and the sea you will find the 1.5 room apartment (No. 6211), with a total size of about 40 square meters. It is located in the 1. The upper floor of the Drachenhaus - on the south side of the building - is attractively furnished and ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.

The focal point is the living-dining room with a separate kitchen through an open door, which is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery and all kitchen utensils. The adjoining dining area offers plenty of space and a corresponding highchair is on site if necessary.

The further furnishings of the living area consists of a sofa with sleeping function and a bed box, a coffee table, a cupboard, a flat-screen TV and a small music system. If required, Wi-Fi access can be booked at a local provider for a fee.

From the living room you enter the south-facing, about 4 square meters large balcony, the inviting sun invites. On the outside of the balcony a roller shutter is attached, which can be used as needed as sun or weather protection.

Opposite the large built-in closet in the hallway is the door to the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower room. In addition, there is also a hair dryer and an electric towel warmer available. Towels can be booked if required.

The newly designed bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, another TV with DVD player and a dresser for additional storage space. If required, a cot can be provided.

In addition, you have right on the doorstep the beach, which invites you to sunbathe, swim, relax and long "walks".

Urlaub an der Ostsee

Kleine Wohnung, für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichend. Preis ist ok. Leider kein Meerblick. Dies war aber auch so beschrieben. Alles ok.

Eine schöne Woche an der Ostsee

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung für eine Woche Ferien an der Ostsee. Während das Haus ein großer hässlicher Betonklotz aus früherer Zeit ist, ist die Wohnung selbst recht modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Durch die Lage fast direkt am Strand hat man es tagsüber auch nicht weit. Wendtorf scheint hier auch so etwas wie ein Geheimtipp zu sein - während andere Strände schon hoffnungslos überlaufen waren, war hier in Wendtorf noch vergleichsweise viel Platz. Die Wohnung bietet fast alles, was man für die Ferien braucht. Es gibt allerdings kein kostenloses WLAN, stattdessen werden von der Ferienanlage überteuerte Online-Tickets verkauft - direkt mit der Einschränkung, dass damit allerdings kein Video-Streaming möglich sei. Das ist im Jahr 2020 absolut inakzeptabel und nicht mehr zeitgemäß, hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden.
