About this property

Our house is cozy, nice, quiet and conveniently located perfect position.
In the heart of Pearle Island Rab.(All in few minutes).
Walk zone, the sights of the old town of Rab.
Enclosed garden with children's playground with swings, terrace with garden furniture, parasols, deck chairs, loungers, two barbecues (charcoal and gas barbecue), outdoor sink, outdoor shower, parking and boat trailer loungers.

The apartment
The apartment Tina is 120 square meters and is located on the first floor of the house. It has three double beds and once with an extra bed, once with an additional sofa bed.
All bedrooms (3) have their own bathroom with shower and toilet (3) and access to the long balcony. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a stove / Bachofen electric, combined fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as crockery and all useful cooking utensils.
The living room has an oval dining table, as well as a flat-screen television. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire apartment and in the garden. An air conditioning to desire. with a Sat.-TV, via which you can also receive German programs. Free WiFi is available throughout the house and in the garden.
The beds are made, towels are available.
Bed linen and towels are changed weekly according to your wishes.
