This central location is irretrievable for modern, high-quality living space! From here you can reach the city center in a few minutes.

This apartment offers the best conditions for a relaxing holiday for the whole family. The apartment is modern and of high quality, of course there is a WiFi network. From the living-dining area with modern, bright furniture and two fold-away beds you reach the small south-facing terrace with a cozy seating area and all-round lawn. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove (ceramic hob), oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc. is rounded off by the large dining table, which offers space for eating and playing. At the same time, the cozy seating area with sofa, armchair and flat-screen TV invites you to relax. In the bedroom you will find a retreat with a large double bed and a flat screen TV. Here you will also find a spacious wardrobe with enough storage space. The bathroom with washing machine and spacious, walk-in shower makes this apartment a little oasis of wellbeing. Wohnung toll, Umgebung sehr laut

Wir waren 9 Tage in einer sehr schönen Wohnung, mit sehr kurzen Wegen in die Innenstadt. Tiefgarage und Radgarage war sehr schön. Nur die beiden Hauptstraßen die direkt vorbeiführen und der angrenzende Busbahnhof sorgten leider dafür, das bei geöffnetem Fenster die Nacht um 7:00 Uhr vorbei war.

Urlaub mit kleinen Problemen

Das Objekt verdient die 5 Sterne !!!! Aber Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter ist sehr schwierig ! Das Internet besteht über ein Gigagube und deshalb hatten wir zur Hälfte keine Internet mehr !!!! Trotz Anfrage an die Hotline wurde uns nicht geholfen !!!!! Die Kommunikationen mit dem Vermieter war deshalb sehr schwer !

Wohnung und Lage top Ausstattung super, nur sollte die Agentur besser erreichbar sein und die Reinigung zwar ordentlicher machen wir mussten die Wohnung bei Ankunft einmal komplett reinigen

Hervorragende Stadtlage.

Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Bäcker, zum Supermarkt und zum Marktplatz von Burg a. F. Das Haus, die Gartenanlage und Parkplätze sind sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnungsnachbarn sind durchgängig freundlich. Es handelt sich um eine Stadtlage und nicht um Strandlage. Die Aussicht beschränkt sich auf die andere Straßenseite bzw. auf den Busbahnhof. Die An- und Abfahrt der Busse sind zu hören. Durch die relativ zentrale Lage auf der Insel lassen sich alle Orte und Ziele bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und praktikabel. Sie ist auf zwei Personen ausgerichtet. Durch zwei Schrankbetten im Wohnzimmer könnten zwei weitere Personen untergebracht werden. Von dieser Möglichkeit ist abzuraten. Sofern einige Möbel verrückt werden ginge es, aber es wird zu eng. Die Einrichtung der Küche lässt sich durchaus als komplett und modern bezeichnen. Das Badezimmer hat leider kein Fenster. Dafür ist es groß, hat eine ebenerdige Dusche und verfügt über eine moderne Waschmaschine. Es könnten mehr Haken für Handtücher vorhanden sein. In der Tiefgarage ist neben dem PKW ausreichend Platz für zwei Fahrräder. Auch ein Fahrradanhänger könnte noch untergestellt werde. Das Schlüsselbund ist etwas sperrig. Schlüssel für Haustür, Keller, Briefkasten, Balkontür sowie Pieper für Tiefgarage und Blechschild zur Identifizierung des Objektes erzeugen einen gewissen Umfang und ein entsprechendes Gewicht. Ein selbst mitgebrachtes Lederetui erscheint sinnvoll.
