Apartment 5The 3-room maisonette style apartment is located upstairs and in the attic and is suitable for 4 persons.

Welcome to our apartment house "Bear Suite" With us everything speaks for a relaxing holiday at any time of year in the healthy climate of the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site on the East Frisian coast. The North Sea spa Esens-Bensersiel in only 4 km away offers you in addition to the numerous spa facilities all the possibilities to enjoy your holiday carefree from the daily hectic varied. Our 5 comfortable with all comfort furnished, partly ground floor apartments are located in a quiet residential street on the outskirts of Esens, only a few minutes to the city center. Each apartment has a south-facing sunny balcony / terrace on the ground floor. The apartments are equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, TV (flat screen) with cable connection. In our house you will also find a HotSpot of Deutsche Telekom (Telekom-Fon, registration and fee if you are not dent. Telekom customer) please note: due to the size and location of the house is the HotSpot depending on the weather is not always available. We offer parking spaces directly at the house, bike room, washing machine and dryer are of course free of charge for our guests. In autumn and winter you can use the sauna for a fee (½ hour 1 Euro) after registration. I am looking forward to welcoming you soon as a guest.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen!

Die erste Begrüßung war sehr unfreundlich, vorwürflich und abkanzelnd, was sich beim letzten Kontakt jedoch gebessert hat. Die Wohnung ist, bis auf das Bad, was augenscheinlich neu renoviert war, sehr in die Jahre gekommen, d. h. es scheint über viele Jahre "nichts gemacht" worden zu sein. Der Teppichboden, der im Treppenhaus und dann in der ganzen Wohnung verlegt ist, ist z. T. ausgebleicht, dreckig und breits im Eingangsbereich des Hauses, aber insbesondere im Wohnzimmer ekelig fleckig, so dass wir keinen Schritt barfuss gehen mochten. Die Bettlaken im oberen Schlafraum waren löchrig. Unterm Strich ist das Fazit, dass wir uns in der Wohnung nicht aufhalten mochten, dass wir uns unwohl gefühlt haben. Für uns wird es dort keine weiteres Mal geben!

Schönes Appartment, Nr 5

Die Lage und der Schnitt der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Küche, Bad, Wohn-/Essbereich und unteres Schlafzimmer waren sehr sauber, das obere Zimmer wäre ohne Staub auf den Nachttischen und Spinnweben in den Ecken wohnlicher gewesen. Aber im Großen und Ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir waren zufrieden. Sehr netter Vermieter, die Übergabe hat super geklappt.

Ruhige Lage, sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet

Sehr nette Vermieter. Tolles neues und dadurch natürlich auch sehr sauberes Bad. Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche übrig lässt (außer vllt. WLAN ;-). Ruhige Wohngegend. Liegt direkt an einem Spielplatz, ist aber trotzdem in Summe ruhig gewesen, trotz Hauptsaison und anderer Feriengäste. Eigener Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Sehr gute Lage, zentral zwischen Bensersiel und Neuharlingersiel, gut zum „Inselhopping“.
