Situated on a narrow promontory between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz convinced this ground-floor holiday home with a gorgeous water view and full sun on the south-facing terrace. The Baltic Sea resort own white sandy beach is within a few minutes walk and the green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger. This is vacation!

Wellness lovers get their money's worth - infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED color light therapy and a relax whirlpool invite you to relax after the beach walk.

Fantastic views open up from the living area and on the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. Hafenkino provides entertainment during a convivial barbecue or romantic candlelit dinner.

On holiday is time for creative cooking - the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast together on the waterfront - pure holiday feeling.

Indoor entertainment is also provided by WLAN and Smart TV.

The two bedrooms have access to the second terrace and each has an additional TV. Furthermore, both bedrooms are equipped with insect protection.

In front of the house there is a private parking space and a own bicycle shed available.

Our favorite place: Sit on the terrace, watch the boats at the entrance to the harbor and let the soul dangle in the gentle breeze of the Baltic Sea, right in front of the dreamlike water.

The OstseeResort Olpenitz and the sailing and marina are located in the development. Therefore, it should be noted that there may be construction activities on the site.
