The interior convinces with nordic maritime design and an extensive equipment.

Surrounded by water on a narrow headland between Schlei and sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz is this very special holiday home. The sandy beach is within walking distance and also the adventure playground is located in the immediate vicinity. Highlight of the spacious house is the studio with adjoining roof terrace with beach chair and lounge set dar. Whether harbor cinema or air show of wild geese, ducks and swans ... for natural entertainment is provided here.

Woodburning stove, underfloor heating and a private spa area provide comfort in every season. In addition, the contemporary home entertainment program in both living areas as well as board games and books provide employment on Nordic ski holiday days.

On three levels, you can relax in this holiday home. Flooded with light, the living and dining area of the house. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the view of the yachting and marina of the Baltic Sea resort with exciting harbor cinema, when sailing yachts and motor boats in the harbor entrance. To linger invites the directly adjacent large and sheltered terrace, which gives the feeling, you would float on the water. For romantic holiday meals or
a sociable barbecue evening can enjoy the idyll of the Baltic Sea.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

The cottage sleeps 7 adults and, if required, sleeps 6 adults with 2 children. Both bedrooms are on the first floor and have double beds (160 x 200 cm). The master bedroom faces the harbor and scores with a phenomenal water view. Both bedrooms are blacked out. A sofa bed in the studio (120 x 200 cm) offers two children or an adult a comfortable sleeping space with fantastic views. Two additional beds are in the living area on a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) - also with direct view of the Baltic Sea. Of course, baby cot and high chair are also available for another baby passenger.

On the first floor is the large bathroom with harbor view and relax whirlpool tub.

The Finnish sauna with adjacent shower is located adjacent to the studio on the 2nd floor. OG and makes wellness hearts beat faster.

For additional comfort, a guest toilet on the ground floor.

In front of the house is a parking space ready. And if you arrive by bike, you can easily store it in your own bike shed. In the bicycle shed there is the possibility to load e-bikes.

Our favorite place: sitting on the terrace in the sun with a light sea breeze and watching the boats at the harbor entrance - holiday!
