Apartment "Luise" - Dependance village 39:
Comfortable, in old wood and built-in furniture equipped apartment in our Dependance village 39 in Ellmau. Centrally located and perfect connection to ski bus and in summer to the KaiserJet. Directly in the house there is also a pizzeria with bar and a supermarket. Two full bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are available.

Our apartment in Ellmau offers a neat, cozy atmosphere with great attention to detail and is beautifully situated overlooking the Wilder Kaiser, directly from the large roof terrace. The apartments are furnished with cozy natural wood furniture and charms with the ambience and the view. In summer you hike directly from our house to one of the numerous hiking trails around and on the Hartkaiser. Or you walk into the village of Ellmau and experience the Bergdorf's film village live. A real experience for all ages. Afterwards, take the mountain doctor hike with you and walk past all the "famous" places. In winter you experience in Ellmau idyllic country life and winter fun of the upper class. The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser attracts with over 270 km of slopes and the Hartkaiser toboggan run brings you with full fun directly into the village of Ellmau.

Great Location

Lovely property in a great location. Restaurant bar was a bit noisy at times but all but one night was quiet by 12.00pm which wasn't a problem for us. Only downside was owner, who didn't speak great English, accused us of not paying a large proportion of the fee prior to arrival and trying to make us all get cash out to pay it again. After I called my bank in UK who assured me it had gone into her account 8 days previous and not to pay it again, she went away and checked her bank again. She came back 30 minutes later and apologised profusely that it had gone in her bank and she hadn't noticed it, despite assuring us she had spent half an hour checking it previously and it definitely wasn't there! Left a bit of a bad taste but other than that, really great apartment.
