Could be better with a little effort
First impression was not good, it felt very empty and cold (as in not cozy, not actual temp, the house was in the 60's). But I'll start with the good, it was big and fit all 15 of us. The open concept was really nice and the dining table allowed us to all eat together, and bathrooms for every room was a big plus and it wasn't close to neighbors so we didn't feel like sardines, the hot tub worked and there was plenty of towels.
The bad...the windows were filthy, like handprints and dog nose prints from previous guests on the slider kind of filthy and water/food splashed up on the window behind kitchen sink, the floors were dusty and dull and there was long white dog hair on the big rug in the living room. The coffee pot was filthy with coffee and grounds and something nasty in the back where you fill the water. It was evident pillow shams had not been washed, one of the downstairs rooms had spilled stuff or ? all over it. The bedding was cheap and pillows were flat. The hot tub had a lot of "floaties" from not being cleaned in a while. The chairs at the dining table had screws falling out of them and cushions falling off. There were no personal touches and it was very bare, definitely had a corporate owned feeling, like it was built for an investment and there is zero quality control to make sure the house cleaners and property managers are doing their job.
It did work well for our family and we cleaned when we got there to make it comfortable, but wouldn't stay here again.
