Built in 2014 and newly furnished in summer 2017, this contemporary vacation home features a very private pool and jacuzzi, covered patio and dining area w/ built-in BBQ, 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, 10 ft high ceilings, jacuzzi tub in the master suite, gourmet kitchen, and high-end amenities throughout. From warm summer nights to gorgeous winter days - this home is perfect for any vacation.

POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night. For any inquiries, feel free to reach out to us directly—we're here to enhance your experience.

HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Solid Place for Family Trip

Brought my family here last minute for spring break. Have 3 young kids and the place was great. Property manager was accessible and helpful. Would stay here again. Would love if the tree blocking the view of the mountains was trimmed but that’s the only complaint.

Last stay was great. This time…not so much.

Pool guy walked in on my wife and I. No knock or announcement. It happened again when the cleaning lady showed up an hour early. No knock or announcement. Walked right in on my wife and I undressed. Embarrassing to say the least. Plastic pool furniture now. Not as advertised in the pictures. Nice Teak wooden table and chairs are gone. My wife says the place isn’t worth the money we spent on the rental.

has everything we could ever need for or stay!

we had an amazing stay at this house! perfect for our group of adults on a golf vacation. Defiantly the most well stocked rental home we have ever stayed at. Tons of cooking utensils and even all the spices you'll need :) thanks for a great stay!
