Filthy, outdated condo.

In 30 years of renting at the Kingston, we have never seen a dump like this. Filthy floors, random things found on floors and under the couches. Found socks, wrappers, dirt and a dirty steak knife under the couch. Horrible. Run the other way. Filthy oven, so we couldnt even cook in the condo. So much absolute filth. Run the other way.

Oceanfront Condo

This was a nice property that myself, my kids, and their friends enjoyed. The convenience being on the beach was great and the pool and hot tub area was very nice. The views were awesome and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing. Lots of space for a big group. Convenient to Walmart and shopping.

North Hampton Vacation

This condo is adequate for a short stay. Building amenities are great! Getting in the Condo upon arrival was difficult, no one at Vacasa knew what time we could get in. WiFi info was incorrect on communications with Vacasa.

Family Vacation

Loved the location, the size of the Condo, and the balcony was amazing. The floors could have been cleaner, only had 6 bath towels for 8 people and the dryer takes FOREVER to dry a load of clothes. We literally had to run the dryer the entire time we were there to keep our laundry dry.
