Awesome, newly refurbished throughout

This home is spotless with brand new appliances and furniture. Kitchen is perfect. Has everything you will need for your stay. Very short drive to stores and KSU Marietta Emily responded to queries immediately, and was very understanding when I needed to change our booking- twice! Will definitely book for future trips to Atlanta Thanks

Newly renovated, nice.

This is a newly renovated house, very clean, attractive. Owner had some cold waters in the fridge and snacks in the table when we arrived-very nice! Comfortable beds in all 4 bedrooms, large back yard with patio and table, carport to keep the car out of the sun. Large Amazon Fire TV in the living room. Very quiet neighborhood. The only real issue we had was an electrical one—if something was plugged into a particular outlet, the power went out to 2 of the bedrooms and one bathroom (without tripping the breaker). The owner is aware, and I assume this unusual issue will be addressed soon.
