The detached stone house - Sole- Agrustos / Budoni about 30 km from Olbia away - surrounded by white sandy beaches and lush pine forests has 2 apartment below: Brine 89 for 2023 unfortunately already booked-

Free Sole 91 (see calendar) above: 1 floor with separate staircase with balcony and terrace. 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot to the beautiful sandy beach. (about 1200m)

Sole 91 has: German and Italian television Radio - Dishwasher - new - washing machine new - freezer, coffee maker, (air conditioning = separate costs) Window: sun screen - screen - entrance: awning.-The perfectly furnished by the owner apartment is booked primarily by long-standing regular customers. On foot - 5 minutes to the small village of Agrustos with pizzerias, bars, supermarkets.

Soggiorno consigliato e da ripetere

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento Sole per una settimana. Appartamento pulito e ordinato situato in una zona tranquilla con un comodo supermercato nelle vicinanze. Inoltre si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge. I proprietari sono molto gentili ed educati anche se non parlano italiano.

Ottimo appartamentino

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg con un bambino di 5 anni. La casetta è davvero carina ha moltissime comodità come TV lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Ci sono anche già phon, ferro da stiro e biancheria per i letti e per il bagno. Il climatizzatore credo sia a pagamento ma non lo abbiamo utilizzato anche se tornando indietro sarebbe stato utile in quanto la zona è un po rumorosa quindi è bene chiudere le finestre e poi fa mio caldo. Il terrazzino è stupendo sfruttabilissimo con tavolo sedie e stendono. Unica pecca la doccia un po scomoda. Proprietari gentilissimi e totalmente a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa
