The space
Completely remodeled with modern touches throughout. Open and spacious great room with couch and big screen tv. Dining seating for 4 and a stocked kitchen and coffee bar for those wanting to stay in and eat while traveling. Bedrooms are spacious and feature top of the line beds and bedding. Each bedroom has a TV and guest bedroom offers bunk beds for those traveling with larger groups. Convenient workspace for the business traveler and patio seating to enjoy the AZ weather! A Great deal of thought has went into making this a great space that is functional and comfortable.

Complex features pool area as well as BBQ and Laundry facilities. Truly unbeatable Old Town Scottsdale location. Complex sits just across the street from the Fashion Square Mall and Scottsdale Waterfront shopping districts. Close to Spring Training parks, hiking, and golf courses as well.

Nice Condo Near Old Town Scottsdale

This condo was perfect for our vacation. Located in a clean and quiet complex and close to everything Scottsdale. There were a few items lacking in the kitchen for cooking, but otherwise no complaints.

Great value

The price of this condo was very fair. The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The pool pictures make it look bigger than it is, it’s very small. We had my daughter’s pool to use so we didn’t care. It lists a hot tub, but there isn’t one. It also lists a king bed in the master but there is a queen. The washer and dryer must be elsewhere on the property. Other than some discrepancies in the listing, I felt like the price was fair for a comfortable stay.

Over Rated - Not Happy

Found trash behind bunkbeds, no fire alarm on the bottom floor, hot water heater was rusted out and leaking, paint was stored right next to water heater, front door electronic lock did not work (screen was black and never came on), return filter on HVAC was completely blocked. Silverware was dirty and required washing before our use. This was NOT worth what we were charged!
