is a three room apartment on Hvar. Consisting of 2 bedrooms with quality mattresses and a living / dining room with a large glass pane, so there is also a wonderful sea view from the inside. The location and equipment of this apartment is absolutely great!
The apartment is approx. 50-60m² and has a covered terrace of approx. 12m² with a fantastic sea view. This apartment is for 4 to max. Suitable for 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a new kitchen (with dishwasher). Both bedrooms have separate air conditioning units. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir ( Frau mit 5 Kindern von 4 bis 16 Jahren ) verbrachten 10 wunderschöne Tage im Apartment Arcade. Jeder kam voll auf seine Kosten. Die Kinder liessen sich von der Wassertemperatur um diese Jahreszeit nicht abschrecken und verbrachten Stunden im Wasser mit Schnorcheln, Schlauchbootfahrten oder Angeln. Von der Klarheit des Wassers waren wir sehr angetan. Das Foto im Internet ist wohl von der Terrasse aus aufgenommen, zeigt natürlich nur einen kleinen Ausschnitt des wahnsinnigen Ausblickes...denn eigentlich fühlt man sich, als würde man direkt über dem Meer wohnen. Man sieht Meer, Meer, Meer...herrlich! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bot alles, was unser Herz begehrte. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter. Die Familie Petrovac tut das, was sie tut mit Herzblut. Die landestypische Küche der Hausherrin genossen wir sehr. Der Hausherr schoss tags zuvor ein Wildschwein, so dass wir Wildschwein Gulasch bestellten. Sehr gut! Ansonsten bietet die Küche der Wohnung alle modernen Gerätschaften für herrliche Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse. Wir machten etliche schöne Ausflüge in umliegende kleine Fischerdörfchen wie Jelsa oder Vrboska. Der Besuch der Stadt Hvar war besonders lohnenswert. Ansonsten verbrachten wir doch mehr Zeit als ursprünglich gedacht an der lauschigen Bucht direkt bei der Wohnung. ( Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet ein kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt in Zavala) Ein ca. 10 minütigen Spaziergang am Meer entlang führt in das kleine Dorf Zavala. Ein paar Meter oberhalb des Hafens gibt es köstliche Küche. Das Lokal besteht wohl schon seit über 30 Jahren.. Zusammenfassend: Ein Urlaub in dieser Wohnung an diesem Ort? Absolut empfehlenswert!

Einfach Klasse!

Sehr schönes modern eingerichtetes und sauberes Apartment. Es liegt direkt am Meer mit wunderbarem Blick. Kristall-klares Wasser, ideal zum schwimmen und schnorcheln. Unser Tipp - das Essen ist hervorragend! Das meiste kommt direkt aus eigenem Anbau (Salat, Gemüse, Kartoffeln / Pommes, Olivenöl, Wein ...). Alles andere wird jeden Morgen frisch eingekauft. Es gibt eine Karte, von der man bestellt am Abend vorher. Die Vermieter gehen aber auch auf besondere Wünsche ein. Vor allem die Vermieter sind einfach klasse! Wir haben uns sofort rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir werden wieder kommen und können es nur weiter empfehlen!

Super Urlaub, mit allem DRUM und DRAN!!!

Das Apartment war sauber und gepflegt, kurz um einfach super. Eine Terrasse mit einem einmaligen Ausblick auf die Adria, mehr braucht man nicht um glücklich zu sein. Und die ca. 10 Meter zum Strand sind nicht gelogen!!! Nur schön!!! Dazu kommt noch die Betreuung durch die Betreiber der Apartments (Familie Petrovac, eine EINS mit vielen Sternchen!!!). Wer einen echten Erholungsurlaub in netter Atmosphäre sucht, der ist hier ganz sicher richtig!!! Wir werden in jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub, der wie immer viel zu schnell zu Ende ging!

An ideal place to rest and enjoy sea activities

The apartment is ideally located, right by the sea, with a little beach nearby and many other sun bathing or swimming spots within walking distance. The area is very quiet with a pleasant family atmosphere. The apartment is very well equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The rooms have air conditioning, which is very nice as it can be quite hot at night in the summer. The owners were extremely nice as well, very helpful to help us find a way to scuba dive directly from our rental location. Furthermore, the island of Hvar and its little neighbor island Cedro are beautiful and worth exploring by car or by boat (easy to rent).
