This home is the first level of the building at pool level, down 2 levels from the main entrance there is easy access to Pulpito neighbourhood, a set of stairs down to the ocean a few blocks away, and a back entrance to the highway if you bring a car with you for trips down the coast to Boca de Tomatlan or Mismayloya
The space features 2 bedrooms and 2 3 piece bathrooms off either side of the living space. The primary bedroom with ensuite features a king bed and lots of closet space for guest use. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and a second washroom just off.
The open concept features a full pass through kitchen with a breakfast island and seating for 2, a laundry room with washer dryer for guest yets sits just beyond. The living dining space features dining space for 4 people and a great living space with Smart TV, and sliding patio doors off two sides for great breezes and views out to the pool just beyond. The living room features two small balconies off either side.

This property is presently listed for sale, we may need to ask our guests from time to time to accommodate quick 20 min showings if the realtor gets a request to view. We will alway provide 24-48 hours notice of a request. Guests booking here should be comfortable with quick 20 mins showings as minimized as possible.

We are near the highway, which does add the sound of cars passing at times, but does not bother most guests.
The outdoor pool is heated during the winter months Nov - Apr every year.

** Please not there is a new building being built nearby which will make typical construction sounds during normal business hours. As with any area of PV this neighborhood is always being improved. It's difficult to predict from one day to the next the level of work noise that may impact our building.

**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes.
