Wireless Internet Provided: Enjoy the feel of the 'real' Florida in this 3 bedroom home located in a quaint neighborhood atmosphere. A beautiful pool and spa are located in the tropical yard. The house boasts two master bedrooms with baths and a third room with a King bed that can turn into twins. Open and airy throughout with bright, beachy features. Just across the quiet street you can skip over the dunes on the boardwalk to the beach. Our beautiful wide, white sand beach, is only a few steps away. You can stay at home and relax by the pool/spa or sit around the fire pit in the evening and stargaze. PET FRIENDLY, HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE

The house is tiled throughout, with a full kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living area and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The backyard has a pool, spa, a gas grill, and is a beautiful setting to relax and enjoy the afternoon, a meal, the sunset or the stars. The front yard is marked by tall palms, Florida vegetation, and a gravel patio with a central fire pit where you can enjoy ocean breezes and socialize.

Good Location to Beach

The property was located within a short walk to the beach which made it perfect for our handicap family member. The house was very roomy with 3 good size bedrooms and baths. The overall condition of the house was good for the age of home but it could use a deep deep cleaning. Bathroom showers need a good bleaching for some mold issues. I sat in one chair when first arriving and there was sand all in the chair from previous renter. The outside of home/yard was suppose to have a natural look of wildflower/plant growth but was in need of some weeding and trimming. It was a bit overgrown and snakey looking. Yard maintenance and cleaning service need to be checked on. Also need to update cleaning supplies (broom, floor duster, etc) I could have swept a time or two from everyone bringing sand in the house but supplies were not good enough to use.

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved the spaciousness, the cleanliness, the pool, the close proximity to the beach and close proximity to St. Augustine. My child has health issues, so the handicapped design of the house was nice also.There were only a few minor things management might consider amending for the next folks. A few light bulbs were out, one of the toilets ran water periodically after flushing and my child's bathroom had some issues with managing the water coming out properly from the sink. The managment property also needs to amend the paperwork rules- as it stated to bring the house keys to a location /address they no longer occupied and we learned later the keys just needed to be put back in the lock box. This set us back on our drive home. We would stay at this home again though.

Great home, location to the beach and the private pool.

We will definitely rent this home again if we get back to the area. We had a great experience from the renting to the stay itself.
