Spacious at over 540 sqft. Small dogs 20lbs max. Kitchenette, full bath/shower only, 1 bedroom with closet/queen bed. Meticulously clean! Minutes from shopping and wonderful restaurants. You won't be disappointed. Guests have the entire house. Owners live on the property in main house. You will have your own privacy and can come and go at your leisure. Ask in advance for Camper/trailer parking. Guest will have self check in with their own personal combo code to the door. Come enjoy beautiful Apopka.

Perfect for our needs!

The house is in a quiet area but still close to restaurants, Walmart, etc. The house itself is really nice and clean. It feels very spacious despite the sq ft. Has all the amenities you could want and then some. Our stay was more enjoyable than a similar priced hotel would have been. Thank you!

Cozy, Well-Appointed Tiny House

I needed a convenient place to stay while visiting family in Longwood, and this rental was perfect. Tucked away from the main road in a quiet neighborhood, the house was easy to find and check-in was effortless. The efficient space was well-appointed with all I needed for a cozy spot to sleep, have breakfast, and wash a small load of laundry before setting out to spend my day with family. I will be back.

Beautiful Tiny Home

The tiny home was very clean and well kept. Space was used well and we had plenty of room, felt very spacious. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again if visiting the same area.

Nice Tiny House

The house was in the perfect location for our trip. It is small, but still very comfortable - we didn't feel cramped. The house is in great condition and nicely decorated. Tanya keeps the house well stocked, so you'll find pretty much everything you will need for your stay.

Awesome stay

I fell in love with the pictures of the listing, and kept going back to it as I was searching. So glad we chose it. It met all expectations. Nicely tucked away, and but still close enough to everything. It was very cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Great AND Cute

Not only was the tiny farmhouse great, it was Super Cute!! All the thoughtfulness put into everything including the funny signs all over made my trip very enjoyable! Tanya was very responsive and respectful of my privacy (she lives on the property) I felt very safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend her place. Perfect Little Gem

This was the perfect get-away for my spouse and I. The location is great and near grocery stores. The place was very clean and had very comfortable sleeping arrangements. We loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch. The place is uniquely decorated and it felt so comfortable staying there. The place had so many amenities. Tanya and Dean are super nice and everything was really perfect! I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!

Kind of a Staycation

We are FL residents who have a daughter who lives in the Orlando area. We also have a small fur baby. Doing hotel stays is not always convenient. Also hotels are busy sometimes and having only one little room to occupy is not always the most comfortable. Our daughter found this lovely little hous and it worked out perfectly for us. Great owners, nice off the beaten track kind of location and very comfortable for just the 2 of us with daughter coming to spend a bit of time with us. Thank you so much. It was great. The tiny cottage was very well prepared and so cute. It is in a perfect area very quiet and calm. I would highly recommend for a small family for a mini vacation.

Very cute little cottage. The downstairs bed and couch are super comfy, the loft is a bit small for grown men but great for children, and anything you could need other than food is provided.
