You can expect a beautiful, cozy 2-room apartment in a maritime style.��It is located in an apartment complex directly at the park of Warnemünde. You live right in the heart of the seaside resort and have in every season a magnificent view of the park. The apartment has a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen u. a. with ceramic hob and oven and a shower bath with large window. The huge balcony is equipped with garden furniture and invites you to relax and dream. The beach is only 3 minutes walk. The apartment is located in the 1st. OG, the property has an elevator as well as washer and dryer in the basement. 10 minutes walk away is a garage available.

Apartment 9:
The 2-room holiday apartment is lovingly furnished in maritime style. The bright and spacious living room has a sofa bed (extra bed for one person) and a dining area and a cozy reading area. The integrated kitchenette is fully equipped with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and blender. The modern bathroom with window has a shower, make-up mirror and hair dryer. A washing machine and a dryer can be used for a fee in the basement of the house. In the separate bedroom overlooking the park you will find a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a second TV. Comfortable patio furniture offers the opportunity to relax on the beautiful balcony overlooking the park and enjoy the good weather.

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 20:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.

Wunderschön ausgestattetes Apartement

Wir wurden von der Verwalterin Fr. Heinig sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt und in der Wohnung rumgeführt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll mit zahlreichen maritimen Gegenständen ausgestattet und verfügt über einen bequemes Sofa und einen Lese-/Fernsehsessel. Im Wohnzimmer ist auch eine Fußbodenheizung eingebaut. Das Bad ist geräumig, die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, da der Kurpark direkt gegenüber ist. In 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand und in der gleichen Zeit am Alten Strom oder im Ortszentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Und nochmals vielen Dank an Fr. Heinig für die gute Betreuung.
