Casa Norte is like having your own private resort! This home is located on a very private 2 acres on quite Croker Lake. Croker lake is a small 22 ft. deep private lake perfect for swimming, fishing, and all the silent water sports. A Stand Up paddle board and kayak are provided. Enjoy dinner grilling out on the large wrap around deck overlooking the lake and then warm up as the sun goes down around the fire. (smokeless Solo Stove provided)

The peaceful park like-setting is very private and several hundred yards to the nearest neighbors. It is only 5 minutes to downtown Eagle River if you need to run to town for something or want to check out all the great restaurants and stores. Access to the Eagle River chain of lakes and boat launch is 5 miles away.

The entire house has been updated in 2022. The very large master bedroom has a king size bed and private full bathroom.

The 2nd extra large bedroom sleeps 5 and is perfect for families with a full size bed, and a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top.

The third bedroom has a full size bed perfect for couples.

The beautiful kitchen overlooking the great room and lake was completely updated in 2022 with brand new appliances featuring a full size fridge, oven with built-in air fryer, microwave and coffee station. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and serving utensils.

The open great room with vaulted ceilings has great views of the lake and features a full size dining table with seating for 6 and a wrap around couch perfect for watching a movie. The brand new 55" smart TV can stream Netfilx, Disney+, Hulu, and Amazon.

There is highspeed Starlink Internet available in the entire house that can handle streaming multiple devices and is fast enough for Zoom meetings.

The exposed lower level with views of the lake is the perfect hangout spot featuring a bar, a 2nd couch and bean bag chairs, darts, foosball, and an arcade basketball game.

The large wrap around deck features a 2nd dinning area also with seating for 6. There are also two additional outdoor lounging areas with seating for up to 8 people each and a firepit area overlooking the lake.

The lake front has a nice level area perfect for swimming or hanging out by the water, as well as a dock for fishing and launching the kayak or paddle board that are available for use during your stay.

There is an oversized driveway that can easily park three vehicles and a boat or trailer. ATV and Snowmobile trails are accessible right from our driveway.
