Amazing ocean front villa with direct ocean views from the balcony and just steps from one of the best beaches and largest ocean front pool on Hilton Head. Renovated with travertine tile floors throughout, Designer colors with a beach feel. Granite counters, lots of storage, and remodeled bath.
Open Floor Plan in this 1 Bedroom with a king bed, sleeps 4, Kitchen with modern appliances, pull-out Sofa in Living Room with a door from the bedroom into the bathroom.
There are beautiful and serene views of the ocean and incredible sunrises. This villa has been remodeled to today standards of what guests want for a beach get away. Perfect for a couple, however there is a pull-out sofa for additional 2 people.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort and over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volleyball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding.

Dream vacation

Thanksgiving getaway

Property has a great view and central location to all of the island. Check in process was quick and easy, room was even ready early. Property manager communication waa efficient. Room was clean enough, could use a new shower liner great size for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Condo and View

We are regular renters at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The view was beautiful. Got some amazing pictures of the sunrises and sunsets. Just a short walk to the beach, pool, and Tiki Hut. The food at the onsite restaurant was delicious. The host was very responsive in answering questions and helpful. Checking in/out was very easy! We would definitely stay in this condo again!
