Beautifully renovated one bed one bath condo in amazing Marco Island. Walking distance to everything- beaches, shopping, fine dining. Come enjoy your vacation in this stress free condo that offers amazing island lifestyle. The shared laundry is steps from the unit. The community pool is heated. Purchase of the resident pass required for use of the Marco Island Resident Beach which is 0.2 miles away from the property.

Comfort and luxury await you in our spacious one bedroom suite featuring a queen- sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has a full-sized oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. All appliances are brand new for your convenience.
Also kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, blender, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. All linens and towels are provided by owner.

Ride your bike or walk to some of the best restaurants in the area while enjoying the clean and beautiful beaches that Marco Island offers. Beach cart, two chairs, umbrella and two bikes available on demand.

Things needed

Bathroom needs towel racks or hooks, and toilet paper holder. Bedroom needs a chest of drawers, and bed should be mire than 12 inches off the floor. Host needs to learn how to communicate better with the guests, she was very lackadaisical about giving us check in instructions. The TV is tough to figure out, instructions would be helpful.

A little short on Comfort/Amenities

Bed was a thinner foam mattress. No cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dish washer soap, or shower soap. I eventually found 3 dinner plates, although there are many desert plates, a few forks/knives 3 and few coffee cups. Had to use dishwasher daily. It was very noisy so had to plan that. No blender, wine opener, can opener did not work. Toaster only heated on outside elements and 1 side totally had no holder for toast. The beach is .7 miles to public access, not .2 as in the listing. No visitor is allowed to go to owners beach entrance which is .2 miles. There are however plenty of pots and pans. We cooked small things daily. Easy walking to good happy hour eating and drinks.
