This unique Palapa style home offers an inviting indoor-outdoor living and is perfect for adventure seekers, families and surfers. Very private yard with an extra outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi for those nice relaxing evenings after a day of surfing, paddle boarding or hike on the local and Famous Monkey Mountain.
Modern décor, fully equipped kitchen, 4 blocks away from the most beautiful beach in the area and best surfing spots as well as walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shopping.

Beach / Surf House only 4 blocks or 7 minutes away from the beach. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with each bedroom having King size bed and a loft with 2 additional Single or Double size mattresses ( two mattress per loft ). The loft has a fairy tale atmosphere any kid or adult would love! Both rooms are very large with very comfortable mattresses.
Each room has spacious closets and also their own separate and a private bathroom.
Every room is air-conditioned, Large TV in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and Jacuzzi for use with hot or cool water.
The large glass sliding doors provide the main Living room area a true indoor-outdoor experience.

Laundry, Jacuzzi with an option for hot or cold water, street parking. Easy to get around Golf Cart rental location is 1 block away

Perfect place to stay for those looking for an indoor-outdoor "glamping-ish" style experience in an authentic neighborhood very close to the beach and where you may experience nature sounds and celebration festivities of the Pueblo during a local event.

The town of Punta De Mita.

This town is a gem. So typically small town Mexico. Including all the roosters and dogs. This property is well put together and only a 5 min walk to the beach. If you are looking for super quiet this is not the place but if you can deal with some noise from the village you won’t be disappointed. The host is very quick to reply and extremely helpful.

great accommodations immersed in local culture

The house was a great choice for two couples with the 2 master suites and living area/courtyard in between. Everything was clean and looked practically new. The house is located in a neighborhood of local folks, all of whom were very friendly and helpful. If you enjoy being immersed in local culture this is a great choice. We were invited into a backyard party one evening with live music. This was very fun, but the music went on until 3:00 in the morning. The local culture tends to be loud and festive. We gave this a 3 on location because it is only fair to let people know that this area has a lot of dogs, some of which appear to be strays, and they bark a lot at night. Also, there is a little urban farm next door and the roosters start crowing very early in the morning.
